Mint infused simple syrup:
-Several sprigs fresh mint
-1 cup sugar
-1 cup water
Put sugar, water, and mint in a sauce pan, whisk together, and bring to a boil. Boil until it forms a syrup, remove mint and keep in a closed container in the fridge to use as needed.
